Pro Bono

Pro bono legal services refer to professional legal assistance provided to those in need who, for various reasons, cannot afford it. “Pro bono” originates from the Latin term “pro bono publico”, which means “for the public good”.

We voluntarily provide pro bono services, dedicating our time and expertise to help those facing difficult situations. This can include the impoverished, the homeless, victims of violence, the elderly, the disabled, immigrants, non-profit organizations, and other groups with limited access to legal aid.

We believe that pro bono legal services hold significant societal value. Therefore, whenever our schedule permits, we strive to help bridge the gap in access to justice and level the playing field for those unable to avail of paid legal services.

We provide legal support, to the best of our abilities, for legal guardians of children who are suspected to be victims of so-called “parental abduction”. We offer assistance both in court proceedings and in communication with local authorities.

As part of our assistance to migrants from Ukraine, we provide, to the best of our abilities, services that include legal advice, support in the refugee status application process, assistance in obtaining a PESEL number, and support in other matters essential for legalizing their stay in Poland.

In crisis situations caused by local natural disasters (e.g., floods, storms), we support affected individuals in seeking funding for damage repair to the best of our abilities and provide basic assistance aimed at their legal protection.
